Privacy Policy

We collect your email, optional name, portal credentials (URL, username, encrypted password), license metadata, device identifiers submitted during Vrox TV activation (device id, serial, optional MAC), IP addresses, and billing identifiers from Stripe.

Verification logs and portal credential changes are retained so administrators can monitor abuse, seat usage, and configuration drift.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. License keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes plus AES-256-GCM ciphertext so you can retrieve them in the portal.
